Tony is a serial entrepreneur. After serving six years as the president and CEO of the Downtown Arlington Management Corporation, Tony felt compelled to start a business of his own. In 2018, he opened Urban Alchemy in Downtown Arlington, and has since created a hospitality development and management company called Three Monkeys. Three Monkeys’ mission is to strengthen communities by creating unique experiences that bring people together and enhance the local economy.
