ABOUT HER

Kene Enemo is a University of Texas at Arlington senior who enjoys just about anything. When she’s not obsessing over cats on YouTube, botching the simplest cake recipe, or dancing to K-POP, Kene can be found writing stories about the inspirational community surrounding her.

Though born and bred in Texas, Kene returned to her home country of Nigeria in 2011 to complete her high school education. Her experiences left her with a new sense of self, her heritage, and the need to explore the unique cultures and journeys of those around her. Even though she is currently suffering from an extreme case of “senioritis,” Kene loves her community and cannot wait to be more active in journalism after her graduation in Spring 2022.
