North Texas Giving Day is an 18-hour online giving event designed to empower every person to give back to their community by supporting local nonprofits and causes they care about in one easy-to-use platform. Communities Foundation of Texas, which organizes the event, describes the impact on their website: “The event helps build awareness and support for nonprofits like nothing else. In 2020, $58.8 million was raised through 106,000 donors benefiting over 3,200 local nonprofits, bringing the twelve-year total to over $375 million for our community. NTX Giving Day is the largest community-wide giving event in the nation.”

The winner of the “Live Generously, Give Joyfully” Prize Sponsored by Sociability will receive a promotional package worth $750, including:
- A two-hour consultation with the publisher and executive editor of Sociability to develop an original feature story strategy that helps build the organization’s brand and enhance its visibility. That feature story will be written by the Sociability team and will appear in an upcoming issue of Sociability (between December 2021 – April 2022).
